Welcome to New Earth Ascension and its Auxiliaries, including New Earth Ascending, Oneness Alliance, Songs of Remembering, Lucid Quantum Healing, Source Energy Network, ZuZu, The Multiversity, GeoDome Collective, and all associated ministries, programs, courses, events, websites, and private platforms (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Association”).

By accessing or using any of our websites, services, programs, courses, content, or communities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you should not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, members, participants, students, subscribers, and users of our online or in-person offerings.

1. Private Spiritual Association Status

New Earth Ascension is a Private Unincorporated Spiritual Association, operating under the protections of freedom of religion, spiritual practice, and private membership, as recognized under the laws of the United States, including 508(c)(1)(a).

By engaging with our platforms, services, or communities, you acknowledge that:

You are entering a private spiritual domain.
Participation is considered a form of private membership, whether free or paid.
Interactions within our spaces are governed by our internal spiritual governance, not public jurisdiction.
All exchanges—written, spoken, energetic, educational, or communal—are private, confidential, and part of a spiritual-educational relationship.
All disputes, concerns, or questions must be addressed internally through our Council or designated mediation process.

Nothing within the Association constitutes public commerce, public accommodation, or public medical service.

2. Eligibility and Agreement

By using our websites or services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are acting voluntarily and of sound mind.
• You agree to our Confidentiality Covenant and Membership Agreement (where applicable).
• You understand that you are participating in spiritual and educational activities, not clinical treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any user who violates these Terms or community safety.

3. Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

Our content includes spiritual teachings, energy work, meditation, somatic awareness, healing modalities, community dialogues, and educational materials.

None of it is medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

By using our services, you agree that:

You will not rely on our content as a substitute for professional healthcare or therapy.
You are responsible for your own emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
You do not hold us liable for decisions, actions, or interpretations based on our content.
No outcomes are guaranteed, promised, or warranted.

4. Assumption of Risk

By participating, you agree that:

All spiritual or healing work carries inherent risks, including emotional intensity, physical sensations, altered states, or psychological discomfort.
You voluntarily assume all such risks.
You release New Earth Ascension and all Auxiliaries, leaders, practitioners, advisors, ministers, teachers, and volunteers from all liability for injury, harm, loss, or discomfort arising from participation.
You remain solely responsible for your physical and emotional safety.

If you feel unwell or unstable at any time, you agree to pause or stop participation.

5. Confidentiality & Conduct

To maintain a safe, coherent, and spiritually aligned community, you agree to:

Keep all private content private. No screenshots, downloads, sharing, reposting, recording, or distribution of internal materials.
Treat all members with respect and compassion.
Not harass, threaten, or harm other members or facilitators.
Not misuse community information outside the private domain.
Not attempt to solicit, recruit, or extract members for external purposes unless approved.
Follow all community guidelines in Source Energy Network, Mighty Networks spaces, or private portals.

Violation of confidentiality may result in removal of access and forfeiture of membership without refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content—including:

• Courses
• Videos
• Books
• Audio
• Images
• Logos
• Transmissions
• Energy healing methods
• Teachings
• Documents
• Source Energy posts
• Designs
• Graphics
• Retreat materials
• Lucid Quantum Healing protocols
• The Songs of Remembering
• ZuZu materials
• GeoDome Collective content

—belongs exclusively to New Earth Ascension and its Auxiliaries.

You agree that:

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, teach, republish, or use any content without our explicit written consent.
You may not train others based on our materials without formal authorization.
Membership does not grant you ownership of content.
Breaches of IP will result in legal or internal action under private domain protections.

7. Payments, Donations, and Subscriptions

For courses, memberships, or services:

• All payments are voluntary spiritual contributions or private educational exchanges.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• If subscription payments fail, access may be paused until resolved.
• Prices may change at any time.

We may offer refunds at our discretion but are not obligated.

8. Member Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials private
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities on your account

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or remove access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You act in ways that jeopardize the safety or integrity of the Association

Termination may occur without refund.

11. Dispute Resolution

Because this is a Private Spiritual Association:

All concerns must be addressed internally through our designated Council or private mediation.
Members agree not to pursue public litigation unless required by law.
In the rare event something must involve secular courts, the venue shall be in the jurisdiction of our choosing.

We seek resolution through clarity, respect, and spiritual integrity.
