MASTER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

New Earth Ascension
A Private Unincorporated Spiritual Association
(An Auxiliary of New Earth Ascending)

Introduction:

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between New Earth Ascension, a Private Unincorporated Spiritual Association operating as an Auxiliary of New Earth Ascending ("the Association"), and the undersigned individual ("Member"). By joining the Association and participating in any of its aligned ministries, programs, websites, or community spaces, the Member agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Membership in any ministry, branch, or program under New Earth Ascension automatically includes membership in New Earth Ascension as a whole, operating under the spiritual and ecclesiastical covering of New Earth Ascending.

This Agreement replaces and supersedes any prior membership agreements and now functions as a unified master agreement for all ministries operating under the spiritual, legal, and communal covering of New Earth Ascension.

Scope and Purpose of the Association:

New Earth Ascension functions as a spiritual association of independent ministries, missions, and private membership communities, united in purpose and vision. These include, but are not limited to:
New Earth Ascending

Lucid (Quantum) Healing
Songs of Remembering Alliance
The Multiversity
ZuZu (Dance + Church)
GeoDome Collective
Source Energy Network
Oneness Alliance

Each of these branches serves a unique role in spiritual, educational, creative, ecological, or healing service, and all operate under the spiritual and private protective framework of New Earth Ascension, in ecclesiastical fellowship with New Earth Ascending.

Mission:

The overarching mission of the Association is to facilitate the ascension and awakening of humanity, the restoration of harmony with Earth, and the co-creation of New Earth Civilizations. We are devoted to upliftment, spiritual realization, creative expression, wellness, and sacred service, rooted in universal laws, divine sovereignty, and the highest good of all.

Structure of the Association:

New Earth Ascension is comprised of multiple autonomous but spiritually aligned ministries. While each ministry may have its own programs, facilitators, practices, and resources, they are unified under this shared membership covenant and protected by the same spiritual-legal structure. Membership in any one of the above branches automatically includes membership in New Earth Ascension and, by extension, access to the collective community and offerings as permitted by each branch.

Some ministries, including Oneness Alliance, may establish additional agreements, guidelines, or covenants specific to their function and internal operations. These ministry-specific agreements are spiritual and lawful extensions of this Master Membership Agreement, and members who participate in those ministries agree to honor both.

Exercise of Freedom of Association:

This Association is formed and maintained in the private domain, grounded in our God-given right to freely associate. We give gratitude to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution, state constitutions, and other rights-based frameworks for recognizing these divine rights. All activities within the Association are conducted privately and outside the jurisdiction of governmental regulation or interference, as protected by law.

Membership Eligibility:

Membership is open to all individuals who seek to:

• Spiritually awaken and serve the evolution of humanity
• Learn, grow, and collaborate in the healing and co-creation of Earth
• Participate in sacred, private, non-public educational, creative, and healing ministries

Members may engage with one or more ministries based on their path and resonance.

Membership Responsibilities:

By joining, members agree to:

• Act ethically and respectfully within the community
• Honor the confidentiality and sacredness of this private association
• Contribute, as they are able, to support the missions and ministries
• Engage in personal and spiritual growth
• Refrain from actions that bring harm, division, or public defamation to the community or its members

Confidentiality & Privacy:

All activities within New Earth Ascension and its ministries are private and sacred. Members agree not to share private teachings, communications, media, or processes with any outside individuals, institutions, or authorities without explicit consent.

Participation in Activities:

Members understand that they may engage in:

• Spiritual education and mentorship
• Energy healing and holistic wellness services
• Conscious movement and embodiment practices
• Retreats, events, and sacred gatherings
• Sacred art, storytelling, and creative transmission
• Regenerative living and humanitarian aid

Participation is always voluntary, and members are encouraged to listen to their inner guidance.

Medical Care and Responsibility:

Members acknowledge that all services offered through the Association are spiritual and holistic in nature, and do not substitute for medical care. It is each member’s responsibility to consult licensed healthcare professionals as needed.

Dispute Resolution:

All concerns or grievances shall be addressed privately and in alignment with the spiritual framework of the Association. A neutral designee, council, or tribunal within the Association will be appointed to hold space for resolution. Members agree to refrain from public defamation, threats, or legal complaints outside this framework, unless exposed to clear and present danger of substantive harm.

Transition from Public to Private:

Members acknowledge their intentional shift from the public domain into a private, spiritual association. This transition includes embracing privacy, mutual consent, spiritual law, and personal sovereignty.

Duration & Termination:

This Agreement remains in effect unless terminated in writing by either party. The Association may revoke membership for actions that violate the responsibilities, values, or spiritual integrity of the collective.

Legal Capacity & Spiritual Consent:

By entering this agreement, members affirm:

• They are of legal age or have written guardian consent
• They do not represent any government agency
• They are joining freely and of their own will
• They understand the sacred and private nature of this association

I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Master Membership Agreement. I join New Earth Ascension and its aligned ministries in good faith, with the intention of healing, co-creating, and uplifting humanity.
